On Monday, February 15, Christian Pagan, 21, of 20 Ingleside Ave., Chelsea, faced charges of assault and threat to commit crime. Yadira Pagan, 45, residing at 229 Maddison St., East Boston, was taken into custody for shoplifting. Herbert Nelson, 50, from 10 Yeaman St., Revere, was arrested for violation of an abuse prevention order. Gia Gaeta, 24, of 11 George Ave., Revere, was arrested on warrants for shoplifting. Jose Arroyo, 44, at 40 Orange St., Chelsea, was arrested on outstanding warrants.
Wednesday, February 17 brought several arrests. Dania Sotera Quinones, 28, of 11 Cottage St., Chelsea, was arrested pursuant to a warrant. David Wilson, 50, from 10 Forsyth ST., Chelsea, faced assault and battery charges. Abel Ramos, 37, residing at 444 Harrison Ave., Boston, was arrested for disorderly conduct.
On Thursday, February 18, Osiris Muniz, 23, of 63 Reynolds Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant. Eneida Ruiz, 39, from 38 Cary Ave., Chelsea, was also arrested on a felony warrant. Carlos Carillo, 32, at 77 Bloomingdale St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant. Osman Bilal, 18, of 55 Library St., Chelsea, was arrested for possession of liquor as a person under 21. Anibal Morales, 17, from 203 Congress Ave., Chelsea, faced the same charge. Luis Maldonado, 19, residing at 54 Marlborough St., Chelsea, was arrested for possessing liquor as a person under 21, as well as furnishing false name and ss# when arrested. Guillermo Rivera, 18, of 913 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery and threat to commit crime.
Friday, February 19 saw arrests for drug-related offenses. Samuel Navarro, 17, from 493 Columbia Rd., Boston, was arrested for distributing Class A drug. Elsa Antonez, 33, of 130 Cottage St., Chelsea, was arrested for distributing Class A drug. Kevin Crotty, 55, from 14 Deer St., Dorchester, was arrested on a warrant.
Saturday, February 20 brought the arrest of Pedro Melara, 45, with Address Unknown, on a felony warrant. Francisco Pagan, 18, of 165 Bloomingdale St., Chelsea, was arrested for lights violation, operation of motor vehicle unlicensed, and using motor vehicle without authority. Erica Turner, 29, from 103 Stratton St., Boston, was arrested for prostitution.
On Sunday, February 21, Diane Ward, 25, of 11 Spencer St., Dorchester, was arrested for violating an abuse prevention order and carrying a dangerous weapon or knife over 4.
