On Sunday, August 29, the following individuals faced arrest: Ricardo Murillo, 48, residing at 869 Broadway in Chelsea, was taken into custody on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and carrying a dangerous weapon. Luis Santiago, a 46-year-old homeless person, faced charges related to trespassing and public alcohol consumption. Trespassing and drinking in public also led to the arrest of Louis Tovar, 42, of 749 Saratoga Street in East Boston, as well as Juan Zurita, 46, from 337 Spruce Street in Chelsea. Wilver D. Merino, 31, of 20 Marion Street in East Boston, was arrested for speeding and operating a vehicle with a suspended license while under the influence. Two women were arrested for prostitution: Candycerose Lamarra, 28, of 1 Hutchinson Street in Revere, and Tracy Constantino, 28, of 79 Clinton Street in Chelsea. Carlos Mejia, 34, from 474 Saratoga Street in Boston, was arrested for failing to identify himself.

Monday, August 30 brought several arrests. Gonzalez Adolfo Solares, 26, of 6 Rhodes Street in Lynn, faced charges of disturbing the peace, malicious damage to motor vehicle, and assault and battery. Michael Stone, 45, of 1 Pembroke Street in Chelsea, was arrested for prostitution. Kenneth Carrion, 26, from 1 Pine Street in Boston, was taken into custody for assault with a dangerous weapon and accosting. Jennifer Ahearn, 37, of 99 Loring Street in Framingham, was arrested on two counts of warrant misdemeanor default. Leonides Bones, 53, residing at 165 Bloomingdale Street in Chelsea, faced a warrant misdemeanor default charge. Herbert M. Holaday, 39, of 6 George Street in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault to murder. The following individuals were each arrested for warrant misdemeanor default: Whitney Baskin, 25, of 21 Gerrish Avenue in Chelsea; Juan Claudio, 37, of 119 Congress Avenue in Chelsea; Stanley De-Vorce, 50, of 220 Broadway in Chelsea; and Jeffrey Rocker, 44, of 2 Vernon Street in Chelsea.

On Tuesday, August 31, Leland Butler, 31, of 124 Vine Street in Everett, was arrested for breaking and entering in the nighttime, possession of burglary tools, malicious damage to a motor vehicle, and carrying a dangerous weapon. Motor vehicle violations resulted in arrests for Hernane Pereira, 52, of 103 Farghar Street in Roslindale, who was charged with operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, one way violation, and failing to wear a seat belt. Collin Allen, 53, of 658A Broadway in Revere, faced charges including straight warrant misdemeanor, operation of motor vehicle with suspended license, uninsured motor vehicle, and unregistered motor vehicle. Oscar Gonzales, 55, from 12 Hawthorne Street in Chelsea, was arrested for shoplifting. Marilu Paz, 35, of 24 Suffolk Street in Chelsea, faced arrest for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Wednesday, September 1 saw the arrest of Paul Capotosto, 22, of 52 Neponset Street in Revere, on charges of credit card fraud and larceny of credit card. Carlos Rivas-Paz, 43, residing at 20 Carter Street in Everett, was arrested for speeding and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle.

Thursday, September 2 brought multiple warrant-related arrests. Jesus R. Cruz, 27, of 203 Winnisimmet Street in Chelsea, faced warrant felony default charges. Yvette Harris, 42, of 63 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested on three counts of straight warrant felony. Christine Lindsay, 25, from 110 Winthrop Street in Medford, faced warrant misdemeanor default charges, as did James Irving, 40, of 36 Ashland Street in Lynn. Barnaby Ridgeway, 32, of 106 Pleasant Street in Malden, was arrested on three counts of straight warrant misdemeanor. John W. Smith, 27, of 589 Broadway in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery and threat to commit a crime. Dennis Smith, 51, a homeless individual, was arrested for assault and battery.

On Friday, September 3, William Mejia, 26, of 102 Jaquez Street in Somerville, was taken into custody for driving under the influence, speeding, red light violation, and unlicensed operation of motor vehicle. Carlos J. Vazquez=Dolon, 26, of 63 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, faced arrest for assault and battery. Marie Sutton, 41, from 277 Broadway in Chelsea, was also arrested for assault and battery. Tomas Hernandez, 22, of 76 Shawmut Street in Chelsea, was arrested for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and stop sign violation.

Saturday, September 4 resulted in the following arrests: Gabriel Deleon, 22, of 177 N. Common Street in Lynn, was arrested for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and use of motor vehicle without authority. David Lopez, 23, residing at 130 Shurtleff Street in Chelsea, faced charges of unlicensed operation of motor vehicle. Vicki Hatfield, 28, and Laura B. McNulty, 29, both of Chelsea, were arrested together for affray, disorderly conduct, and destruction of property; Hatfield’s address was 232 Central Avenue and McNulty’s was 86 Chester Avenue. Otis Moore, 41, of 277 Broadway in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery. Samuel Mummert, 28, from 41 Union Street in Everett, was arrested for prostitution.

On Sunday, September 5, Carlos Barillas, 20, of 26 Grove Street in Chelsea, was arrested for aggravated assault and battery on pregnant person. Elizabeth Rivas, 43, residing at 155 Chestnut Street in Chelsea, faced arrest for breaking and entering in the nighttime. Isaias Duarte Baptista, 31, of 146 Saratoga Street in East Boston, was taken into custody for assault with a dangerous weapon. Franklin Garmendia, 36, from 81 Suffolk Avenue in Revere, was arrested for carjacking. Jose Lopez, 27, of 326 Breman Street in East Boston, was arrested for failing to stop for police, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, and speeding.
