Belanger of Everett died suddenly at home on May 25. He was 54 years old. He was raised in Chelsea and graduated from Chelsea High School in 1974. After graduation, he enlisted in the US Navy and was honorably discharged in 1977. He was a letter carrier for the US Postal Service at the IMC in Chelsea, retiring in 1999. Born in Everett, he was the beloved father of Krystal of Everett, Mellisa of Lynn, Michelle of Chelsea, Timothy and Thomas; the son of Richard J. Belanger of Chelsea and the late Mary (McGahan) Belanger; dear brother of John “Jack” Belanger and his wife, Alice, of Everett, Kevin Belanger of Georgia and Diane Androvett of Chelsea; brother-in-law of the late Michael Androvett and is also lovingly survived by two granddaughters, Amelia and Mia. Troisi, a retired electrician, died at the Leonard Florence Center for Living on May 29 following a battle with overwhelming illness. He was 85 years old. Born in Italy, he was the son of the late Pasquale and Maria Troisi. He was raised in Chelsea and attended local schools. After leaving Chelsea High School, he enlisted in the US Army and served during World War II in the 10th Army Air Corps flying missions over Burma and was honorably discharged in 1946. He was licensed electrician and licensed journeyman and worked for many years at Rudolph Electric in Chelsea. He was a lifetime member of the Chelsea Yacht Club and enjoyed fishing and boating. He was the dear brother of Emilio Troisi of Winthrop, Luisa Mika and Mary Troisi, both of Chelsea, Theresa Ernst of Seattle, WA and the late Anna and Rose Troisi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. His Funeral Service will be conducted in the Frank A. Gulizia, a lifelong Chelsea resident, passed away suddenly in the Whidden Memorial Emergency Dept. early Thursday morning May 26 after being stricken in his home. He was 86 years old. Born and raised in Chelsea he was the beloved son of the late Antonio and Mary (Vilanova) Gulizia. He attended local schools and graduated from Chelsea High School, Class of 1943. A US Navy veteran of World War II, he immediately enlisted in the US Navy following high school and served in various theatres on both fronts. He was honorably discharged in 1946 and returned home to Chelsea. He worked as a Union Construction Laborer for more than 50 years with Local 151. He married Jennie Bruno in 1950 and together they raised their four daughters in Chelsea. He was a member of the Chelsea Yacht Club, the Chelsea Lodge of Elks. He was the beloved husband of 61 years to Jennie Grace (Bruno) Gulizia; devoted father of Mary Grace Fusco and her husband, Edward “Ted,” of Winthrop, Ann Welsh and her husband, William “Buddy,” of Revere, Jean Jandrys of Winthrop and Judith Gulizia of Chelsea; dear brother of the late Santo “Sandy” Gulizia, Vincent “Jimmy” Gulizia and John “Abs” Gulizia; cherished grandfather of Jennifer Hoye, Teddy Fusco, Nicole Burke, Michael Welsh, Gregory and Stephanie Jandrys; adored great grandfather of Jimmy, Abigail and Joey Hoye, Mia and Katie Burke and Michael Gino Welsh. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in Our Lady of Grace Church. Services concluded with Full Military Honors and burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
