June 17

A 23-year-old man, Lance Pona, residing at 36 Orange Street in Chelsea, was taken into custody on charges of assault and battery involving a dangerous weapon.

Francisco Lugo, a 38-year-old from 456 Park Avenue in Boston, was arrested for the offense of carrying a dangerous weapon.

Carlos Nieves, 21, of 16 Burma Road in Chelsea, was also arrested for carrying a dangerous weapon.

Victor Barahona, 20, of 77 Bloomingdale Street in Chelsea, was arrested for resisting arrest, assault and battery on a police officer, and disorderly conduct.

Mehmet Arda, 32, of 48 Essex Street in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery.

June 18

Jerry L. Burnett, 24, of 6 Gladside Terrace in Boston, was arrested for a straight warrant felony.

Juan Angelo Negron-Recupero, 18, of 147 Essex Street in Chelsea, was arrested for receiving a stolen motor vehicle.

Alexis Joel Andrades, 19, of 55 Bellingham Street in Revere, was arrested for receiving a stolen motor vehicle, a warrant felony default, and interfering with a police officer.

Tina Megna, 42, of 71 Winthrop Avenue in Revere, was arrested for possession of a Class E drug.

Derek Patterson, 38, of 16 Orange Street in Woburn, was arrested for possession of a Class E drug and possession of a Class A drug.

Michelangelo Recupero, 26, of 147 Essex Street in Chelsea, was arrested for a straight warrant misdemeanor.

Juan Carlos Acosta, 18, of 737 Broadway in Chelsea, was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having a child without a seat belt.

June 19

Stephan Jude Cutone, 45, of 73 Essex Street in Chelsea, was arrested for larceny and breaking into a depository.

Kerry Marie Sullivan, 27, of 28 Reynolds Avenue in Everett, was arrested for a warrant felony default.

Brad A. Henderson, 35, of 52 Almont Street in Winthrop, was arrested for driving under the influence, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, failing to stop at a signal, license not in possession, registration not in possession, and failing to wear a seatbelt.

Maria Lopez, 44, of 13 Beacon Place in Chelsea, was arrested for larceny over $250.

Diana Leon, 30, of 11 Oakland Street in Medford, was arrested for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Andrew J. Babigumira, 28, of 62 Garden Circle in Waltham, was arrested for larceny over $250.

Miguel Soto, 24, of 67 Shawmut Street in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.

Rayedon Nunnally, 53, of 86 Clark Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for shoplifting.

Robert Lewis, 28, of 40 Linden Street in Lynn, was arrested for distribution of a Class B drug, possession of a Class B drug, and conspiracy to violate drug law.

Charles Cappucci, 25, of 71 Sagamore Avenue in Winthrop, was arrested for conspiracy to violate drug law and possession of a Class B drug.

Kevin Patrick Vaillancourt, 32, of 113 Congress Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for a warrant felony default and two counts of a warrant misdemeanor default.

Marcial Beras, 40, of 130 Chestnut Street in Chelsea, was arrested for possession of a Class B drug.

Hector E. Rivera Jr., 17, of 284 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for breaking and entering in the nighttime, larceny, larceny under $250, malicious destruction of property, and possession of a burglarious instrument.

Timothy Ramos, 18, of 20 Cary Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for breaking and entering in the nighttime, destruction of property, larceny, larceny under $250, carrying a dangerous weapon, and possession of a burglarious instrument.

James M. Mark-Gray, 26, of 164 Maverick Street in Chelsea, was arrested for violation of a prevention order.

Jose Maltez, 28, of 35 Eden Street in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery, threat to commit a crime, a warrant misdemeanor default, and rape.

Patricia Renz, 60, of 495 Clay Street in Manchester, NH, was arrested for witness intimidation.
