A 36-year-old man from 10 W. Baltimore in Lynn, Simon Solis, faced charges including driving under the influence, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, assault and battery, and stolen motor vehicle.
Elder Portillo, age 19 and residing at 100 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested on a straight warrant felony charge.
Assault and battery along with destruction of property charges were filed against Karen Ortiz-Montez, 18, of 959 Broadway in Chelsea.
Chelsea resident Hector Ortiz, 30, living at 92 Fourth Street, was taken into custody for assault and battery.
Two counts of assault and battery resulted in the arrest of Raul A. Rosario, 45, from 4 Washington Avenue in Chelsea.
Jonathan Norena of 124 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, age 22, was arrested for assault and battery.

Robert Deramo, a 45-year-old from 112 Bellingham Street in Chelsea, faced assault and battery charges.
Alfredo Mieses, 20, of 130 Congress Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery.
Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and interfering with a police officer were the charges against Danilo Barreto, 47, from 159 Richborn Street in Revere.

Jennifer G. Vijil, 21, of 55 Union Street in Chelsea, was arrested for breaking and entering in the nighttime and unarmed robbery.
July 19
Two counts of unarmed robbery led to the arrest of Myron Calderon, 21, residing at 45 Fourth Street in Chelsea.
July 21
Jose V. Chevez, 32, of 55 Washington Avenue in Chelsea, faced disorderly conduct and threat to commit a crime charges.
Hector Ruiz from 783 Broadway in Chelsea, age 32, was arrested for assault and battery.
