On Monday, February 1, authorities arrested Osman Castro, 33, of 82 Maverick St., Chelsea, in connection with assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and noisy & disorderly house. That same day, Anthony Clark, 36, residing at 12 Oak Hurst St., Dorchester, faced charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Jose Figueroa, 49, of 62 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was also arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Francisco Lopez, 25, from 46 Shawmut St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant. Brian Hacket, 22, of 176 Sanpiper Ln, Vineyard Haven, was arrested for assault and battery. Joshua Scuturio, 27, from 605 Second St., Fall River, was arrested for one-way violation and operating motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license.

On Tuesday, February 2, Ulisses Ramalho, 29, of 45 Division St., Chelsea, was arrested for one-way violation and operating motor vehicle unlicensed. Hector Jaurez, 39, at 151 Congress Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for operating motor vehicle unlicensed. Hai Dai Xiang, 53, from 9 Sprague St., Malden, faced charges including distribution of counterfeit mark, unauthorized reproduction, and recording. Steven Mejia, 19, of 63 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on multiple warrants, resisting arrest, possessing large capacity of firearm, carrying firearm unlicensed, breaking & entering nighttime, and disorderly conduct.

Wednesday, February 3 brought the arrest of Roger Arias-Lopez, 18, of 138 Chester Ave., Chelsea, for assault and battery. Albin Hernandez, 27, from 1715 Revere Beach Pkwy., Revere, was arrested on a warrant, failing to stop for police and furnishing false name & ss#.

On Thursday, February 4, Danielle Gallant, 24, of 4 Webster Ct., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant. Alanna Sokoloski, 25, of 56 FranklinSt., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant. Miguel Rodriguez, 18, from 14 Blossom St., Chelsea, was arrested on felony warrant. Fidel Diaz-Ventura, 49, of 35 Shurtleff St., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant. Cynthia Archer, 43, at 100 Fourth St., Chelsea, was arrested for being common streetwalker. Jammar Smith, 27, from 240 Chestnut St., Chelsea, was arrested on a warrant.

Friday, February 5 saw Paulo Rivera, 24, of 28 Everett Ave., Chelsea, arrested for shoplifting.

On Saturday, February 6, Jose Saez, 39, from 140 Williams St., Chelsea, was arrested for tampering with fire call box, disturbing the peace, and malicious destruction of property over $250. Edwin Veliz-Romero, 24, of 93 Chester Ave., Chelsea, faced charges of operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle unlicensed, unregistered motor vehicle, and uninsured motor vehicle (criminal). Jorge Rosa, 62, at 768 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery and threat to commit a crime. Marcos Mejia, 43, from 70 Chester Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and mayhem.

Sunday, February 7 brought the arrest of Luis Manuel Burgos, 19, of 12 Fourth St., Chelsea, for breaking & entering nighttime, assault and battery, destruction of property over $250 (malicious), and on a felony warrant. Rafael Basquez, 26, from 162 Congress Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and on a felony warrant.

On 02/08, Carlos Pedraza, 33, of 250 Broadway, Revere, was arrested for shoplifting and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Otis Moore, 40, from 17 Court St., Boston, was arrested for assault and battery.
