David Terenzi
30 Year General Electric Employee
David Terenzi, formerly of East Boston and latterly of Revere, passed away on September 2.
A 1974 graduate of East Boston High School, David went on to serve honorably in the United States Air Force. Following his discharge, he completed his education at East Coast Aero Tech and subsequently spent 30 years working in Aviation at General Electric.
Born on September 7, 1955, David was the son of the late Quirino Richard and Eleanor Terenzi. He is survived by his brother Michael Terenzi; his sisters Dolores and her husband Vincenzo DelViscovo of Londonderry, NH; and the memory of his late sister Rita E. Fardella. Additionally, he leaves behind six godchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 13 at Saint Jude’s Parish in Londonderry, NH. Interment will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery in Londonderry. Frank Cavaretta
Retired Train Operator and Bus Driver
Frank L. Cavaretta of Revere passed away on September 5 at the age of 90.
A lifelong Revere resident who was born and raised in the city, Frank worked for the T as a train operator and later retired from the T as a bus driver.
He was the devoted husband of the late Florence (Juliano) and loving father of Frank Jr. and his wife Terry of Pepperell, Lenny and his wife Terezinha Sarmento of Las Vegas, and Rosemary Cavaretta. He is also survived by his sister Mary Lunnetta and her husband Joseph of Wilmington, as well as the memory of his late sister Antonina Karedes. Six grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive him.
Services will be held today, Wednesday, at 10 a.m. from the Paul Buonfiglio & Sons–Bruno Funeral Home, 128 Revere St., Revere, followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony’s Church. Relatives and friends are cordially invited. Entombment will take place in Holy Cross Mausoleum.
