Emmanuel Robles, 18, of 110 Prescott Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for possessing to distribute Class D. Nancy Callan, 25, of 81 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on warrants. David McCarthy, 43, of 69 Beacon St., Chelsea, faced charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Manuel Bergansa, 52, of 61 Grove St., Chelsea, was arrested for indecent exposure, lewdness, open and gross, and on a warrant. Lucas Strada, 30, of 166 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
