Emmanuel Robles, 18, of 110 Prescott Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for possessing to distribute Class D. Nancy Callan, 25, of 81 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on warrants. David McCarthy, 43, of 69 Beacon St., Chelsea, faced charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Tuesday, February 23 brought arrests for Janci Flores, 22, of 25 Chester St., Chelsea, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and Rafael Lopez, 43, of 25 Eden St., Chelsea, charged with assault and battery. Jose Castillo, 33, of 75 Bloomingdale St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery.
Friday, February 26 brought the arrest of Jonathan Knight, 25, of 35 Franklin St., Malden, on a warrant. Saturday, February 27 arrests included Agustin Contreras, 24, of 71 Marlborough St., Chelsea, charged with violation of abuse prevention order. Maria Pineda, 18, of 61 Central Ave., Chelsea, and Paz Pineda, 47, of 61 Central Ave., Chelsea, were both arrested for larceny under $250. Manuel Bergansa, 52, of 61 Grove St., Chelsea, was arrested for indecent exposure, lewdness, open and gross, and on a warrant. Lucas Strada, 30, of 166 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Sunday, February 28 brought the arrest of Nichole Lews-Hayward, 19, of 106 Winthrop St., Boston, for being common nightwalker. Santos Gonzalez, 37, of 83 Broadway, Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
