Last week, the FPCD Real Estate Group officially opened its doors at 100 Everett Avenue, drawing hundreds of guests from the real estate and business sectors to a lavishly catered celebration. The venture represents a merger between the storied law practice of Richard Clayman and John Dodge—recognized for their extensive expertise in property conveyance—and Frometa Nidia Peguero, a respected and well-established local real estate broker with deep roots in both the Chelsea and broader real estate communities. Together, the principals bring considerable familiarity with local market dynamics and community affairs, with experience spanning residential property transactions, development, and management throughout Chelsea and across the state. Clayman and Dodge have long been fixtures in real estate, while Peguero has built a reputation as a dedicated and forthright broker with a substantial following. The new firm provides clients with comprehensive real estate services under one roof. The gala drew City Manager Jay Ash, Police Chief Brian Kyes, and numerous members of the business community, all on hand to offer their congratulations to the newly formed group.
