The following day, Tuesday, April 20, brought several arrests. Roberto Ramos Santiago, 21, residing at 44 Hancock St., Chelsea, was taken into custody on charges including assault and battery, carrying dangerous weapon, threat to commit a crime, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and witness intimidation. Francis Loud, 47, of 184 Whitwell St., Quincy, was arrested for possessing open container of alcohol in public and disorderly person. Derren Molina, 18, from 51 Heard St., Chelsea, faced charges of unlawful possession of firearm/ammunition, resisting arrest, ammunition without FID card, and armed career criminal act. Jose Ramirez, 18, at 4 Clinton Ct., Chelsea, was arrested for unlawful possession of firearm/ammunition, firearm w/defaced no., possess in felony, and carrying firearm without license. Gina Angelli, 25, of 46 Hawthorne St., Chelsea, was arrested for being common streetwalker. Lori Sturtevant, 40, from 32 Lydon St., Norwood, was arrested on warrants.
Wednesday, April 21 saw additional arrests. Kelvin Sunsin, 19, of 31 Irving St., Everett, was taken into custody for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Wayne Ross, 50, residing at 132 Essex St., Chelsea, faced charges for operation of motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license. Joel McDonald, 20, from 12 Hawthorne St., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant.
Thursday, April 22 brought more arrests to the record. Candycerose Lamarra, 27, of 184 Chestnut St., Chelsea, was arrested on warrants. Ivan Arroyo, 32, at 3 Mill Ct., Chelsea, faced arrest on a felony warrant. Joseph Nascimento, 36, from 42 Fourth St., Chelsea, was arrested for possession to distribute Class B drug, drug violation near school, possession to distribute Class B drug, unlawful possession of firearm/ammunition, firearm violation with 1 prior violent/drug crime, and possession to distribute Class C drug.
Friday, April 23 resulted in several arrests. Jose Martinez, 27, of 99 Adams Ave., Saugus, was arrested for operation of motor vehicle unlicensed, speeding, reckless operation of motor vehicle, and failure to wear seat belt. Joel Ruiz, 39, from 163 Pearl St., Chelsea, faced charges of operating under the influence of liquor, open container of alcohol in motor vehicle, and trespassing with motor vehicle. Shannon Agnew, 31, residing at 44 Arlington St., Lynn, was arrested for being nightwalker (3rd offense). Rebecca Debella, 27, of 35 Union St., Somerville, was arrested for being nightwalker.
Saturday, April 24 brought additional arrests. Norma Zacarias, 48, from 112 Spencer Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on felony warrant. Christian Mejia, 31, at 87 Essex St., Chelsea, faced charges for flashing red light violation and operation of motor vehicle unlicensed. Donnell Skeen, 28, of 12 Bruce Pl., Lynn, was arrested on warrants. Nicole Fitzsimmons, 31, from 12 Chatham St., Everett, was arrested for shoplifting. Carlos Marin, 32, residing at 22B Washington St., Woburn, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, assault and battery, and resisting arrest. Laurie Baker, 34, of 29 Pine St., Revere, was arrested for sexual conduct for a fee and carrying dangerous weapon or knife over 4.
