Multiple violations resulted in the arrest of Carlos Marin, 39, 104 Franklin Ave., Chelsea, including speeding, failing to stop for police, stop sign violation, operating a motor vehicle without a license, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, sell/deliver liquor to a person under 21, and warrant violations.

Joe Tejada, 59, homeless in Chelsea, was arrested for drinking and possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public.
