The first annual Chelsea Police Youth Academy graduation ceremony was held in the auditorium at Chelsea High. During the event, cadets stood in formation as Officer Joe Cordes delivered closing remarks.
Throughout a seven-week program, the cadets engaged in an intensive curriculum that included instruction on police operations, demanding physical training, and educational field trips.
