On November 29, several arrests were made in the area. Rigoberto Ramirez, 32, of 23 Eleanor St., Chelsea, faced charges including witness intimidation and two counts of assault and battery. Esther Muniz, 23, residing at 106 Walnut St., Revere, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault and battery on a police officer. Carlos Castro, 26, of 3 Clinton St., Chelsea, was arrested for rape. Sergio Lopez, 20, living at 3 Mill Ct., Chelsea, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license and a red light violation. Meghan Mastrangelo, 29, of 106 Mountain Ave., Revere, faced multiple charges: shoplifting, assault and battery, possession of Class B drug, and possession of Class E drug.

The following day, November 30, brought additional arrests. Manix Mejia Benitez, 33, of 175 Cottage St., Chelsea, was arrested for reckless operation of a motor vehicle, operating under the influence of liquor, operating an unlicensed motor vehicle, and resisting arrest. Gorge Gonzales, 54, of 32 Shirley Ave., Revere, was charged with operating an unlicensed motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and arrested on a warrant. Robert Deramo, 42, from 88-90 Broadway, Saugus, faced shoplifting charges and was arrested on a warrant. Felix Castaneda-Pineda, 18, of 47 Kingman Ave., Revere, was arrested for operating an unlicensed motor vehicle, a crosswalk violation, and a criminal number plate violation. Dyan Lomard, 30, of 1010 Mass. Ave., Boston, was arrested for shoplifting. Mark Reddick, 38, of 35 Edgewood St., Roxbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license and arrested on multiple warrants. Jorge Cortez, 29, of 19 Cottage St., Chelsea, faced charges for operating an unlicensed motor vehicle and a red light violation.

December 1 saw numerous arrests throughout the region. Andrew Babigumira, 24, of 62 Garden Circle, Waltham, was arrested for breaking into a depository, malicious destruction of property over $250, and resisting arrest. Angel Rodriguez, 43, of 4 Warren Ave., Chelsea, was charged with violation of an abuse prevention order and assault with a dangerous weapon. Felipe Mendoza-Rivera, 32, of 1 West St., Worchester, faced charges including disorderly conduct, threat to commit a crime, and witness intimidation. Aaron Norman, 48, of 25 Stanford St., Boston, was arrested on a warrant. Rodney Villar, 20, of 16 Akron St., Roxbury, was arrested on a felony warrant, trespassing, and furnishing a false name and ss#. Rolando Dominguez-Velez, 22, of 418 Belmont St., Manchester, NH, was arrested for trespassing. Jonathan Hall, 28, of 19 Melton St., Providence, RI, was charged with a one-way violation, operating a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license, and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

On December 2, arrests included Lorrie McGhee, 46, of 163 Hudson St., Providence, RI, who was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license. Christopher Lawrence, 27, of 22 Autumn Dr., S. Yarmouth, was arrested on a warrant and for violation of an abuse prevention order. Romero Hernandez, 37, of 55 Watts St., Chelsea, faced charges of assault and battery and threat to commit a crime.

December 3 brought further arrests. Melissa Sooyee, 32, of 61 Cottage St., Chelsea, was arrested for uttering a counterfeit note. Oscar Gonzales, 55, of 64 Carey Ave., Chelsea, was charged with disorderly conduct, carrying a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, and arrested on a warrant. Luis Santiago, 46, listed as homeless in Chelsea, was arrested for assault with a dangerous weapon, trespassing, carrying a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery on a police officer.

On December 4, Mustafa Mirza, 23, of 75 Maverick St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery.

December 5 concluded the blotter period with several arrests. Michelle Guerrero, 37, of 230 Central Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for breaking and entering nighttime for felony, evading taxi fare, and malicious destruction of property over $250. Lorraine Matos, 36, of 32 Chestnut St., Lynn, faced identical charges: breaking and entering nighttime for felony, evading taxi fare, and malicious destruction of property over $250. Asia Galvin, 24, of 31 Cary Ave., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant. David Vaughn, 40, of 30 Everett Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for rape. Jose Juarez, 32, of 48 Jaques St., Somerville, was charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
