La Colaborativa is holding a free session on Tuesday, October 20, at 4 p.m. on how Chelsea residents can get help paying to heat their homes this winter, at its offices at 63 Sixth Street. The session is run with CAPIC, All In Energy and the City of Chelsea, which announced it this week.

According to the flyer, it will cover:

The City’s flyers are in English and Spanish.

The same afternoon, the Chelsea Farmers Market holds its last day of the season in Chelsea Square from 3 to 7 p.m., and the city holds its last community meeting on dropping parking minimums from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Chelsea Senior Center.
