At the Chamber breakfast held Wednesday at the Wyndham Hotel on Everett Avenue, Arthur Arsenault, president of the Chelsea Chamber of Commerce, and Allan Alpert, past president and master of ceremonies, gave Patrick Wardell, chief executive officer of Cambridge Health Alliance, a Chelsea Clock. The gift was presented to recognize Wardell’s participation as the guest speaker at the event.
