On Monday, February 14, a felony warrant led to the arrest of Oscar Justiniano, 17, of 21 Hawthorne St., Chelsea. That same day, Romero Artica, 42, residing at 49 Shurtleff St., Chelsea, was taken into custody for assault and battery and resisting arrest.
Tuesday, February 15 brought several arrests. Ricardo De La Cruz-Sanchez, 25, of 148 Walnut St., Chelsea, was arrested for operation of motor vehicle unlicensed. Christopher Rivera, 19, at 58 Crescent Ave., Chelsea, faced charges of receiving stolen motor vehicle, larceny over $250, and larceny under $250. Edward Paulino, 20, from 48 Washington Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for receiving stolen motor vehicle, larceny under $250, and larceny over $250. Nicholas Bubanas, 24, of 44 Central St., Reading, was arrested for shoplifting. A felony warrant resulted in the arrest of Bianca DiCenso, 22, of 38 Dolphine Ave., Revere.
Wednesday, February 16 saw multiple arrests as well. Esdras Don, 23, of 23 Benner Ave., Malden, was arrested for operation of motor vehicle unlicensed. Roberto Castro, 38, at 48 Tudor St., Chelsea, faced charges including receiving stolen property over $250 (3 counts), breaking and entering daytime for felony (2 counts), and destruction of property over $250. Iayania Norwood, 34, also of 48 Tudor St., Chelsea, was arrested for receiving stolen property over $250 (2 counts). Jose Romero, 32, from 150 Congress Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for failure to yield at intersection and operation of motor vehicle unlicensed. Jose Gonzalez, 31, of 69 Bloomingdale St., Chelsea, was arrested for distribution of Class A drug. Nelson Lopez, 22, residing at 47 Raymond St., Everett, was arrested on default warrants and for possessing marijuana more than 1 oz.
Thursday, February 17 resulted in several arrests. William Frazier, 31, of 264 Chestnut St., Chelsea, was arrested on a felony warrant, unarmed robbery, and carrying dangerous weapon. Cesar Solares, 55, from 53 Furness St., Revere, was arrested on warrant and stop sign violation. Kendgler Pierre, 20, of 268 Powder House Blvd., Somerville, faced charges of malicious destruction of property over $250 and disorderly conduct. Nicole Fitzsimmons, 32, at 12 Chatham St., Everett, was arrested on default warrants. Kirk Crowley, 42, of 12 Bunker Hill St., Charlestown, was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Friday, February 18 brought arrests including Nahuel Omar Castrucci, 23, of 12 Washington Ave., Chelsea, who was arrested for assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon, and warrants. Maisoun Aldakhlallah, 33, from 62 Grove St., Chelsea, was arrested on felony warrants and default warrant.
Saturday, February 19 saw multiple arrests. Joaquim Gomes, 42, of 17 Library St., Chelsea, was arrested for operating under the influence of liquor and lights violation. Kevin Claros-Cantarero, 22, at 115 Parish St., East Boston, was arrested for motor vehicle operator refusing to identify self, operation of motor vehicle unlicensed, furnishing false name to police, reckless operation of motor vehicle, stop sign violation, felony warrant, failure to signal, speeding, and resisting arrest. Justin West, 38, from 24 Sylvan St., Malden, was arrested on a felony warrant. Romono McGowan, 33, of 70 Gove St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery. Michael Ferragamo, 49, residing at 65 McKinley St., Revere, was arrested for larceny over $250 and felony warrant. Henry Golden, 51, of 126 Baillou Ave., Dorchester Ave., was arrested for shoplifting.
Sunday, February 20 resulted in multiple arrests related to firearm possession without FID card and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Those arrested included Karla Carcamo, 17, of 540 Beach St., Revere; Alberto Cardoza, 30, from 55 Pennsylvania Ave., Somerville; Juan Antonio Vasquez-Umana, 25, of 186 Vine St., Everett; Djavier Duggins, 20, at 10 Atlantic St., Lynn; Samuel Martinez, 28, from 11 Everett Ave., Somerville; and Ernesto Vasquez Wilmer, 22, of 66 Falcon St., East Boston. Additionally, Anthony Gayhart, 23, of 59 Division St., Chelsea, was arrested for assault and battery. Jose Garciavillalobos, 29, from 84 Marlborough St., Chelsea, was arrested for operation of motor vehicle unlicensed. Julie Maskell, 34, of 72 Spencer Ave., Chelsea, was arrested for being common nightwalker.
